Sherma is a licensed cosmetologist with more than 20 years of experience, Dominica's only certified trichologist, and a physician in training with a passion for dermatology, regenerative aesthetics, and hair restoration. She is the founder of Caribbean Beauty Salon, Waitukai, and Trinovera Medical & Aesthetic Clinic, where she combines luxury beauty services with evidence-based medicine to deliver exceptional, personalized care. Her work extends beyond clinical practice into research focused on hair loss affecting Afro-Caribbean women, reflecting her commitment to advancing hair science while helping clients restore confidence through innovation, excellence, and compassion.
